1) Make Your Highest and Best Offer on the listing page. We also have our buyers cover all closing cost being that the deal is already at a wholesale rate!
2.) If offer is accepted we will send you agreements via our digital signature app.
3) We will then forward agreements to our title company or attorney via email. We will also add you to the email as well so you can see all communication.
4.) Once the title or attorney gives us green light on agreements you will then deposit earnest money directly with the title company or attorney. Money will be held in escrow.
5.) After title search comes back good – a closing date will be set. You will have the option to go to their office and close or you can do a mail away close. Totally up to your choosing.
